WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES I SEE ON THE SITE?

All prices are in USD.

WILL THE PRODUCT ON YOUR STORE  BE THE SAME AS THE PRODUCT DELIVERED?

All products that are shown in our store may not be exactly as the product delivered in some instances. This could be a result of different screen and monitor resolutions that you are looking at and also, during the Direct-to-Garment process with our print-on-demand partners slight variances may occur as a result of the material types being printed on.  We try extremely hard to ensure the colours are as close as what you see. But, from time to time there may be variances.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-5 days for production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-10 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 2-7 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business, please email us at support@mvslfxr.com

I AM NOT IN LOVE WITH MY ORDER, CAN IT BE RETURNED? WHAT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE?

Mvslfxr does not provide refunds as we do not warehouse any stock as mentioned in our story no garment or product is manufactured until it has been ordered. We ask that before finalizing your purchase ensure that all information and the product being ordered is exactly what you want.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have 24-hours from the date the purchase was completed to cancel your order. No orders will be cancelled after the 24-hour period has elapsed as the order has been sent for production and can not be returned. From time to time we may be able to offer a solution. This is on a case-by-case basis. To see if we can offer another solution please email support@mvslfxr.com

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email, and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@mvslfxr.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary as we do ship from different fulfilment centres based on your location. The average shipping time from fulfillment to delivery is approximately 3-10 business days.
